Cookies and similar technologies store or access information on a visitor’s device. Some are needed for a requested website or booking function; others support preferences, measurement or third-party content.
2. How PDG15 uses them
Strictly necessary
Required for security, navigation, consent choices and functions expressly requested by the visitor. When direct booking is enabled, the Lodgify booking journey remains available whatever optional-cookie choice a visitor makes.
Preferences
Remember choices such as language or booking preferences. Consent is requested where the technology is not strictly necessary.
Analytics
Help understand website use and performance. These must remain disabled until the visitor consents.
External maps
Location pages automatically request map tiles from the OpenStreetMap Foundation so the interactive map remains available whatever optional-cookie choice a visitor makes. These requests may disclose network and request information such as the visitor’s IP address, browser details, timestamp and referring page. No OpenStreetMap browser storage has been identified in the current build, but this must be rechecked in the production scan. The address is also provided as text.

4. Make or change a choice
Visitors can accept all optional technologies, reject all optional technologies, or choose by category. Withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it and does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
5. Browser controls and contact

6. Marcel’s confirmation checklist
Before this policy is published, Marcel must confirm:
- that the complete public website and the enabled Lodgify booking journey have been scanned in their production configuration;
- the exact names, providers, purposes, consent categories and durations of every cookie or similar technology found;
- whether Lodgify, the payment provider or any connected integration loads optional analytics or marketing technology; and
- that optional technologies remain blocked until consent and that withdrawal works through the cookie settings control.
